Neural Reset Therapy® (NRT) is a revolutionary approach to optimizing muscles, thus eliminating pain, maximizing length, and improving mobility and posture. NRT is a rapid manual method that resets the nervous system into the direction of health. There is no need to remove clothing and no oils or creams are used. Results are immediate and profound.

Massage Cupping uses silicone, plastic, or glass cups to create suction and negative pressure to the body. It is used to drain excess fluids and toxins; stimulate the peripheral nervous system; bring blood flow to stagnant muscles and skin; and loosen adhesions, connective tissue, and stubborn knots in soft tissue.

Medical Massage is a treatment method that combines several techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy technique, and deep tissue massage. It is beneficial in addressing conditions such as neck and back pain, range of motion issues, and headaches.

Trigger Point Therapy is used to relieve muscular pain and dysfunction through applied pressure to trigger points of referred pain and through stretching exercises. These points are defined as localized areas in which the muscle and connective tissue are highly sensitive to pain when compressed. Pressure on these points can send referred pain to other specific parts of the body.

The Kinesio Taping® Method is a definitive rehabilitative taping technique that is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion as well as providing extended soft tissue manipulation to prolong the benefits of manual therapy administered within the clinical setting.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is an advanced form of soft tissue mobilization that is used to detect and release scar tissue, adhesion and fascial restrictions. Trained using the Graston Technique.

Therapeutic Exercises are exercises that are preformed to correct an impairment, improve musculoskeletal function, or maintain a state of well-being.

Chair Massage is a technique involving the use of a portable massage chair in which the client is seated comfortably and fully clothed while receiving massage on the back, neck, arms, and hands. It helps to alleviate pain, muscle tension, and stress. It is perfect for corporate events, employee health fairs, special occasions, staff appreciation days, and parties.
