Tiffany A. Sterner, LMBT, PTA, FDN-P, CNRT-M, CKTP®

My journey started in 2007 when I moved to beautiful Hawaii. I received my massage training at Hawaii Healing Arts College in Kailua, HI in 2008. I also received an additional 120 hours of clinical massage training at Hawaii Healing Arts College including cervical/cranial region, low back, pelvis, hips, and lower extremities. In December 2014, I received my 100-hour Medical Massage Certification. In July 2016, I received my Master Certification in Neural Reset Therapy.

As I continued to work full time as a licensed physical therapist assistant and part time as a licensed massage and bodywork therapist, my desire grew stronger and stronger to work full time in massage therapy. With this desire and Aloha in my heart, God lead me to North Carolina in 2010. After 8 years of working full time as a licensed physical therapist assistant, I took a step of faith and opened One Body Massage in October 2012.

My desire is that each person that comes to One Body Massage has a truly unique massage experience. A massage experience that not only relaxes, restores, and renews the body, mind, and spirit but also a massage experience where God’s love, His peace, and His healing powers are felt.

With Love & Aloha,
